CANCELLATION POLICY
FACIAL / WAXING / LIFTS RESCHEDULING POLICY: Clients are required to reschedule 48 hours in advance to avoid 100% service charge. LATE POLICY: If you arrive to your appointment more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and result in the forfeiture of your booking fee and or 100% cancellation fee. Please take into account traffic times, weather conditions, and parking when arriving to your appointment. NO-SHOWS: No-shows will be charged 100% of appointment total.
